We’ll apply the plan you select, but you’ll also need your own personal insurance, as required by the program.

Yes. You are responsible for maintaining a valid personal insurance policy. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for car sharing. You can also explore options through Tint.ai, a provider tailored to car owners and hosts in the Turo program.

It depends on the situation:

• During a Turo trip: Your Turo protection plan applies (deductible may apply).

• While parked with Music City Hosting: Your personal insurance applies.

• While being driven by our team: Music City Hosting is responsible.

We coordinate communication with Turo and repair shops and ensure all claims are properly processed.

You can share as many vehicles as you want! Requirements include:

• Model year 2015 or newer

• Fewer than 120,000 miles

• Clean title, registered and insured in your name

• No active recalls (and not excluded by a lender, if financed or leased)

You’ll receive 70% of your car’s earnings, paid by the 15th of every month via direct deposit.

Along with your payment, you’ll get a custom monthly revenue report showing how your car performed. Our team ensures accuracy and timely transfers.

No extra fees. We operate on a simple model: we keep 30%, you keep 70%.

Your vehicle will be listed under Music City Hosting’s Turo account. As a top-performing Power Host, we know how to optimize listings and maximize earnings.

If your car was previously on your own Turo account, we’ll help you transfer it. Note: past reviews won’t carry over—it’s a fresh start!

Yes. If the car isn’t already booked, we’ll happily block off time for your personal use. Just coordinate with us in advance.

Please pick up and return the car directly if using it personally.

Complete all pending trips first, or cancel pending trips. Once finished, we’ll help remove the listing and transfer the car to our platform.

We suggest blocking your calendar to avoid new bookings in the meantime.

Absolutely. You can remove your car at any time—just let current bookings finish. We’ll coordinate a smooth transition.

You cover costs, but Music City Hosting handles the logistics.
We’ll take care of routine maintenance (oil changes, brakes, etc.) and deduct costs from your earnings.

For major issues, we’ll contact you to decide whether you or we should handle the repair.

Make sure:

• The car is clean and ready as if loaning it to a friend

• Registration and insurance are up to date

We’ll arrange a convenient pickup time with you. Pickup must occur within 72 hours of signing the agreement.

• Tolls: If your credit card is linked, send receipts to us. We’ll handle reimbursement from the guest.

• Tickets: Let us know within 90 days. If a guest caused it, they pay. If our team caused it, we’ll take responsibility.

We store vehicles in secure commercial lots with 24/7 surveillance. Your car is always parked in a space equipped to handle Turo activity safely and professionally.
